Yes, it's confusing!
Two Series in One
My Holiday Point books are part of two series at the same time: the multi-author Love Inspired K-9 Companions series, and my own Holiday Point series.
K-9 Companions books are written by various Love Inspired authors, and they all feature working dogs. When The Veteran's Valentine Helper comes out in January 2025, it will be the 29th book in the series. Fun fact: as of right now, I've written more K-9 Companions books than any other Love Inspired author. That's what comes of being a huge dog lover!
Holiday Point
The Holiday Point books are all written by me. They're set in the charming town of Holiday Point in the Laurel Highlands of Pennsylvania, nestled between two rivers. Holiday Point residents love, love, love their holidays, and they make a big deal of each one.
To make matters more confusing, the Holiday Point books are a mix of four full-length novels, one novella, and two online reads. The good news is, the two online reads are free on the Harlequin site.
Four of the stories feature the Wilkins brothers, four brothers from a troubled, hardscrabble family who grow up to be heroes:
- Nanny for the Summer: Cam Wilkins
- A Companion for Christmas: Alec Wilkins
- His Christmas Salvation: Fisk Wilkins
- The Veteran's Valentine Helper: Frank Wilkins
Three of the stories feature side characters:
- A Mother's Gift: Blake, a local professor, and Zoey, a waitress at the Holiday Point diner
- A Companion for His Son: Olivia, a local teacher, and Nate, who's new in town
- Summertime Secrets: Julie and Geoff, the secretary and custodian of the Holiday Point church
I hope that helps make some sense of the Holiday Point world! Get in touch with me via the contact page on this site with any questions, and I'll happily offer more details.
